Contributing to the company goals of Assess, create, and deliver individual workout programs for in-person 1-on-1 clients and semi-private clients. Deliver safe and effective workouts to individuals and groups no larger than 12 people. Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations. Handle member concerns when applicable. Assist with sales, new client consults, and qualify new members as needed. Qualifications: Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Must hold current fitness certification / personal trainer certification from an accredited agency such as ACE NASM, AFAA, ACSM OR obtain within 3 months of working at Studio ME.
