Position Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Delivery Reporting Analyst with ERPA Workday Practice supporting all client industries and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Workday PSA & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for practice leaders: project margin/profitability, utilization, pipeline vs forecast, and operational KPIs.
Partnered with Practice Leaders to define and track critical KPIs (Utilization, Project Profitability, Pipeline), serving as the primary source of truth for quarterly business reviews.
Practice Onboarding & Enablement
Coordinate onboarding for new Workday Practice employees & contractors ensuring timely access, required tools, and role-based enablement.
Maintain and continuously improve onboarding checklists, standard work, templates, and practice documentation.
Coordination of Internal Development Initiative Projects
Spearhead the planning and prioritization of internal development initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and available resource capacity.
Monitor and report on the health of internal projects, tracking milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocation to ensure transparency for executive leadership.
Experience and Education Requirements:
3+ years in professional services operations, practice operations, resource operations, finance ops, or analytics in a consulting/services environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with Workday reporting and Workday PSA (reporting + workflows/data concepts).
Strong analytical storytelling: ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Ability to operate independently in a meeting-heavy, fast-moving environment.
Knowledge of Workday modules preferred.
Previous experience conductive evaluations to determine training needs and creating customized training materials, such as guides, presentations, and online courses.
Strong communication, customer service and collaboration skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas; bonus for Power Query/Power Pivot/Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
