Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Personnel Security Representative Sr. to join our Personnel Security team within our Space organization. You will be responsible for submission of SAP nominations, adverse and foreign travel reporting, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our SAP customers and Lockheed Martin Program management. You will also be instrumental in identifying areas for process improvement and automation, leveraging your technical expertise to implement innovative solutions and enhance the overall efficiency of our personnel security operations.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Process and submit Foreign Travel and Pre-Screening Questionnaire (PSQ) templates to customers to aid in the support of timely reporting mandates set by the customer(s).
• Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Adverse Reporting for various customers. Aid Lockheed Martin employees in timely and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate actions with local Program Security teams across the Space organization to ensure the customer requirements are being met for SAP Briefings, Debriefings and adverse reporting.
• Maintain information held within internal security systems with nomination processes steps to ensure proper tracking of all SAP program nominations.
• Develop and maintain established relationships with a variety of SAP customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various customers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of personnel security services
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation, and work with the team to implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Personnel systems, and enterprise needs, applying this knowledge to improve personnel security processes and procedures
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of personnel security requests
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Polygraph
• Experience in personnel security, with a focus on DOD SCI programs

The Escort Support Personnel Assistant shall provide escort support and superior customer service to visitors and guests in support of the Office of Military Commission's (OMC) mission at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB, Cuba).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transport personnel to in-process and receive appropriate badges and briefings.
Before personnel departure, the escort shall collect and return all badges and any government-issued property.
Coordinate and collect meals for OMC guests when required.
Transport personnel to and from various locations as directed by the Protocol Officer or a designated government representative.
Fuel and maintain the tidy appearance of rental vehicles for passenger transport.
Arrive at the courtroom location at least one hour before the start of court proceedings.
