Research Psychologist will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and with Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) staff to enroll (including consent) study participants and study partners into the Together Exploring Aging Minds (TEAM-ADNI) sub-study. She/he will administer standardized cognitive/neuropsychological tests and other research assessments to consented participants, perform data entry, and complete other duties related to participant data tracking and study operations and oversight. This is a fully remote position.
Essential Functions:
* Assist with subject enrollment, phone screening and phone consenting of prospective participants and study partners; work with the team to schedule research subjects; interview participants and their study partners; collect demographic, medical history, cognitive, and clinical data.
* Schedule and organize participant visits to Quest Diagnostics for specific study procedures: blood collection, urine collection.
* Collect neuropsychological data, and operate all relevant software used for data collection and recording. Conduct data entry with high fidelity.
* Maintain and update databases, subject information documentation, and subject payment forms as needed.
* Attend internal meetings as well as regular project and/or team meetings. Will also meet with supervisor on regular basis to provide updates.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in an associated field, preferred: Master's Degree in an associated field
* Preferred: 3-4 Years of experience in a clinical research setting
* Previous experience administering neuropsychological tests (CDR, MoCA, GDS, etc.)
* Previous experience talking with prospective study participants, explaining complex study procedures, and consenting participants
* Good organizational and computer skills; exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to work well as part of a team
* Comfort interviewing, and talking with participants on the phone
* Ability to work respectfully and diplomatically with a diverse cohort of participant, caregiver, faculty, and staff at all levels
* Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience administering neuropsychological tests and other study tasks in Spanish is a plus.
* Preferred: Prior experience working with individuals from lower socioeconomic and educational backgrounds
Working Conditions/Environment:
The work environment for this position is fully remote/work from home. The incumbent may sustain posture in a standing or seated position and may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.

NCIRE is an affiliate organization of the San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS), which requires all candidates to complete SFVA onboarding in addition to NCIRE's onboarding process. The base wage range for this position is $47.54 - $73.71per hour. Skills And Experiences
CRITERIA:
Tertiary qualification in Psychology and minimum of 5 years experience as a Psychologist with general AHPRA registration;
Practitioner registration with the NDIS Commission;
Experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues and / or experiences of trauma who have complex needs;
Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodiverse populations;
Experience in providing clinical and / or behaviour assessment, intervention and support in the disability, out-of-home care and / or other relevant sectors;
Experience in the provision of practice or clinical supervision to other practitioners;
Experience working with individuals who have had contact with the juvenile justice or criminal justice system is desirable but not essential.

This person shall provide 60 minute psychotherapy group sessions utilizing evidenced based interventions to change behavior and dysfunctional thinking for 9 hours a week. We anticipate an additional 11-15 hours for note taking, uploading as well as preparation for sessions and interdisciplinary meetings. There will be approximately 20-24 hours devoted a week to this position. The preferred schedule will be a selection of 3 weekday shifts completing 2 sessions per day Mon-Fri between the hours of 10AM-3PM to begin psychotherapy sessions which will run 60 minutes or Weekend shifts which will include 3 sessions per day of psychotherapy group sessions. Interdisciplinary sessions must be completed during the weekday and will be conducted remotely at the hours determined by the contracting officials. This psychotherapy must be intense, and provide cognitive behavioral interventions that are designed to reduce the likelihood of reoffending. The RSC Psychotherapy Group Services program will meet the needs of high-risk offenders with extensive substance abuse histories. Treatment readiness and motivation is the focus of each of the interventions offered at the RSC. This evidence-based intervention is structured to address one or more of the factors identified as a particular challenge to an offender's successful reentry and long-term recovery from substance abuse. These factors may include psychiatric distress, substance abuse, cognitive impairments, protracted withdrawal, poor attachment/social bonding, and extensive criminality. The person/persons hired for this role shall ensure that each group session has clearly defined topics, goals and objectives that are designed to assist offenders with developing more adaptive strategies to improve their thinking and behavior. Group topics shall be in the categories of psychodynamic, cognitive behavior therapy, humanistic and integrated psychotherapy. Requirements

WORK AS A RIA HEALTH TELEMEDICINE LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST
Ria Health clinical personnel participate in a virtual team clinic environment, working interdependently with team members and departments. Psychologists must have demonstrated experience delivering evidence based psychotherapy, such as CBT, MI, and trauma informed care and training in addiction. Ria clinicians are professional and collegial, with the temperament and judgment to treat patients via telemedicine. Ria clinicians use the Ria platform to monitor and support members' progress to positive outcomes, and to collaborate with medical, coaching and supporting team members. All clinical staff participate in weekly rounds to review and learn from case situations and the discussion of previous experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Clinical Psychologist or PsyD certified at the independent level with PSYPACT authority to practice telepsychology including the E.Passport Certificate from ASPPB

What You'll Do
The Neurodevelopmental Psychologist at Imagine Pediatrics will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, consultation, and evidence‑based intervention for children with neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD, etc.).
