The Peru College in Peru, Nebraska, is a public, four-year college that aims to foster the appreciation of knowledge and discovery so that its graduates may make vital contributions to future of Nebraska and the global community. As one of Nebraska's first colleges, Peru upholds its tradition for academic excellence and intellectual inquiry by providing academics in more than 30 programs, including business, psychology, criminal justice, natural science and humanities. To complement the education you receive in the classroom, Peru makes sure that its student life is just as enriching. Incoming freshman take part in Peru's unique Freshman Fusion Experience, which brings all freshman together to listen to guest speakers, hold weekly discussions on a wide range of topics and participate in monthly fusion programs to promote a sense of community. You don't have to be a freshman to take advantage of these resources, as Peru's distinguished speaker series regularly brings in guest speakers. In addition, the campus is alive with activity, as student clubs and Greek life honor societies hold events for all students to attend. To begin the admissions process and become part of this inclusive community of scholars, you may apply to Peru College online at any time. To be considered for financial aid, you must file a FAFSA no later than June 30 of the prior academic year. Regardless of your residency status, all students may take advantage of in-state tuition costs.
