What You'll Do:
Loader
The Loader is responsible for ensuring all outgoing orders are accounted for, audited and loaded into the trailer in a safe, secure and accurate manner.
Read work orders to confirm customer information, order numbers, pallet count and wrap outgoing orders.
Load assigned frozen tubs' transportation equipment (e.g. power jack, hand truck)
Load trailer/route ensuring proper weight distribution
Confirm trailer assignment, complete appropriate paperwork, position, dock plate and ensure trailer is clean.
Confirm, customer information, order numbers, pallet count and wrap outgoing orders
Load trailer/route ensuring proper weight distribution
Load assigned frozen tubs for each route and load transportation equipment (e.g. power jack, hand truck)
What We're Looking For:
Candidate must have ability to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers
Candidate must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance and a positive, professional attitude
Requires high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity in the control of forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack
Must be able to meet specific goals for efficiency and accuracy
High School Education or equivalent
Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck), preferred

We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our Tacoma Distribution Center, as well as our cross-dock locations in Meridian ID and Clackamas OR. This role is a true HR business partner position - blending strategic partnership with hands-on HR leadership - and plays a key part in creating an engaged, high-performing, people-first environment across the region.
What you'll do:
As the HR leader for your sites, you'll be the go-to partner for employees and managers. Your focus will be on:
Building a high-performance, people-centered culture that reflects PFX values
Advising site leadership on employee relations, staffing, development, and organizational needs
Leading and supporting employee relations investigations with fairness, consistency, and care
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, OSHA, etc.)
Managing the ADA process, LOA coordination, and Workers' Compensation cases
Coaching leaders on performance management, corrective action, and talent development
Driving engagement efforts, recognition programs, and follow-up from surveys and exit interviews
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts for key roles
Owning HR operations including I-9 management, payroll change forms, and personnel file integrity
Analyzing HR data and trends to recommend proactive, people-focused solutions
Leading change across the region through consistent HR practices and communication
Traveling 20-25% to provide onsite support and leadership visibility
This role is on-site and requires dependable, engaged, and consistent presence at the Tacoma DC.

What You Bring
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing
Bachelor's degree required (HR or Business preferred)

What You'll Do:
RECEIVERS
The Receiver is responsible for unloading trucks, trailers of product (e.g. bags of dog/cat food, cases of cans, litter) and/or containers as specified by the Receiving Coordinator.
Essential Functions/Requirements:
Safely and solely bend, lift, move materials up to 50 lbs. repetitively and continuously throughout shift, manually and by operating warehousing equipment

What you'll do as a Director of Operations-Designate\:
Report any accidents/unsafe conditions to the Senior Transportation Manager and Safety Manager.

Understand financial statements and resulting cost implications.

What You'll Do:
The Operations Training Lead is responsible for delivering a People-First approach in welcoming and assimilating all PFX New hires. As new hires progress through onboarding to position specific skills, the trainer will act as a mentor and coach to ensure that New Hires adapt to the PFX culture and expectations of productivity, accuracy and working safely at all times. Train and certify employees on warehouse material handling equipment including Voice Pick Software, electric pallet jack, forklift and high reach truck and SOP's, as required.
Support development of training program/materials (including training manuals, and other educational materials) for conversion to Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with Training Administrator.
Responsible to effectively teach, coach and mentor trainees and operations employees on responsibilities as well as safety practices, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Emergency Action Plan.
Support the Operations Management Team in leading by example, motivating and inspiring the warehouse employees to maintain high performance, Customer satisfaction, and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Training Experience required
Minimum 3 years' equipment operation within warehouse environment
Floater or Lead experience highly desired
Experience developing, analyzing and measuring instructional training programs

What you'll do as a Warehouse Maintenance I:
* Ensure that spare parts usage, inventory and work order actions are accurately tracked and documented according to Company policy.
* Assist with DC maintenance requirements such as (but not limited to) refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, welding, dock doors, air systems, racking, tote washer, and air spray painting.
* Maximize availability of all classes of batteries by managing charging cycles and battery rotation.
* Perform inspections and cleaning; do specific gravity checks; evaluate cable serviceability and repair damage.
* Develop a working knowledge of the required aspects of the McLane Maintenance Connection database.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

What You'll Do:
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting of inventory through cycle counts and quality control verification.
Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments
Generate reports, slot items and maintain correct minimum and maximum pick amounts based on the type and velocity of the product
Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, one off unique count requests, receipt audits and reconciliations and assist with inventory discrepancies and variances
Review reports/spreadsheets to locate new products that will be arriving in the facility
Assist operations departments with quality control issues including: out-of-date product, new minimum and maximum pick amounts and products affected by manufacturer defects
Prepare product to be distributed for close-out based on specific reports
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines
What We're Looking For:
High School Education or equivalent
Experience working in a warehouse environment with previous inventory experience, preferred
Experience with Infor, preferred
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Candidate must have the ability to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail and good time-management
Independent problem solving skills

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES\:

Provide training as needed to maintain an efficient and knowledgeable work force.
Enforce general company policies and issuance of coaching/disciplinary documentation to teammates.
Exhibit leadership and maintain level of managerial professionalism at all times.
Work with Transportation Manager to resolve issues between warehousing and distribution.
Plan, assign and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems.
Work independently and in a team environment.
Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the changing needs of the Transportation Department.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
Have 3 years of experience in all facets of outbound transportation, preferably a distribution center.
Be skilled on Excel, Microsoft Word, and Access programs; PEOPLE NET or similar programs (preferred).
Have experience in managing drivers to include hiring, training, motivating teammates, and resolving teammate relations issues.
Be able to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and inter-company memos/outside
correspondence.
Have minimum of 2 years of accounting, planning, analytical and/or reporting experience, in positions with increasing responsibility is preferred.
Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, vendors, and teammates.
Be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Have knowledge of distribution systems to include order routing, backhaul and transfer procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The work conditions for this position includes office, warehouse, transportation yards and transportation shop environments.
The working conditions also include field work to include route observations at customer locations.

We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our Tacoma Distribution Center, as well as our cross-dock locations in Meridian ID and Clackamas OR. This role is a true HR business partner position - blending strategic partnership with hands-on HR leadership - and plays a key part in creating an engaged, high-performing, people-first environment across the region.
What you'll do:
As the HR leader for your sites, you'll be the go-to partner for employees and managers. Your focus will be on:
* Building a high-performance, people-centered culture that reflects PFX values
* Advising site leadership on employee relations, staffing, development, and organizational needs
* Leading and supporting employee relations investigations with fairness, consistency, and care
* Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, OSHA, etc.)
* Managing the ADA process, LOA coordination, and Workers' Compensation cases
* Coaching leaders on performance management, corrective action, and talent development
* Driving engagement efforts, recognition programs, and follow-up from surveys and exit interviews
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts for key roles
* Owning HR operations including I-9 management, payroll change forms, and personnel file integrity
* Analyzing HR data and trends to recommend proactive, people-focused solutions
* Leading change across the region through consistent HR practices and communication
* Traveling 20-25% to provide onsite support and leadership visibility
This role is on-site and requires dependable, engaged, and consistent presence at the Tacoma DC.

What You Bring
* 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing
