As one of the valley's top, DOUBLE certified petsitters & dog walkers, we're sniffing out new pet pros to join our pack.
As a Pawfect PetSitter, your days will be spent bringing joy to all our fur-baby clients. You'll walk dogs with tails wagging, play with kitties until their purrs are heard around the world, and keep critters feeling cozy in their homes.
Being a professional petsitter is fun and rewarding!
We're looking for sitters who:
Must love getting licks from your four legged bosses
Can “speak dog” and have “cat conversations” is a plus! =)
Walk Large dogs and Small Dogs
Communicate daily with clients through photos, and detailed visit summaries.
Have reliable transportation with your own vehicle
Driving to multiple client homes as needed for visits
Communicate daily with clients through photos and detailed visit summaries
Give fur-babies fresh water and food
Requires lots of cuddles and playtime
Watering plants and checking mail upon request
Keeping home safety as a top priority with all clients
Ability to walk at least 1-2 miles per day with clients dogs
Assist with medications and any special care instructions
Help with marketing efforts with ability to take videos and pictures of yourself caring for pets during visits to post on social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook.
Pet Pro Requirements:
**Professional yet casual attire, but well kept appearance is a must.
No nose, lip, brow piercings, gauge earrings, or visible tattoos (will ask to remove for job if so)
~ appearance must be kept clean and hair well managed for high-end clients that you will be engaging with along with their pets.**
Must be at least 18+ years old
Be a US citizen authorized to work in US for the next 12 months
Valid Driver's license
Have reliable transportation and own vehicle
Commit to 2-3 visits per day between 7-11am, 11-2pm, 4-7pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Adhere to smoke-free environment
Own a smartphone with working camera and cell service
Ability to walk dogs 1-2 miles per day, multiple times per day/week
Physically able to climb stairs, kneel, bend over, and lift up to 50 lbs
Commit to position for at least 6 months from hire date
Work as a team player with excellent communication and professionalism
Complete training and ongoing training with monthly & yearly mandatory meetings

What You'll Do
Provide independent, in-home care for children, including infants and young toddlers, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
Engage children in age‑appropriate, safe, and fun activities, supporting developmental milestones, learning, and play
Support daily routines such as meals, playtime, and bedtime (Ex. prepare and assist with bottle feeding, meals, and snacks, following family instructions and dietary needs)
Provide transportation when needed (reliable vehicle required)
Maintain a safe environment and handle minor first‑aid needs
Follow family preferences to ensure a great experience for both kids and parents
Support infant and toddler routines, including diapering, potty training (when applicable), naps, and soothing techniques
This role involves working with families located within a 30-mile radius of your home. We match sitters to families based on availability, preferred areas, and family needs to ensure reasonable commutes - due to this gas reimbursement IS offered.
This role is for caregivers who have experience providing independent, in-home childcare and are confident caring for children on their own.
What We're Looking For
2-3 professional childcare references (non‑family)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain-training options available)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
Availability for two consistent weekdays where you can accept assignments anytime between 7AM-7PM (this does not mean 12-hour shifts)
1+ year of childcare experience providing independent, in-home care for children (infant through school-age). Daycare or classroom experience is welcome only when combined with sole-care experience.

Job Summary
Are you someone who just loves to be greeted by dogs and cats? Do you love the outdoors, enjoy walks, and being around animals? We are a team of professional petsitters looking for a few motivated and positive dog and cat people for dog walks and daily pet check ins expanding in the Arcadia/Biltmore & Scottsdale areas.
Earn up to $500-1000+ per month part time speaking dog & cat
Available between 7-10am, 11-2pm*, 4-7pm, weekdays and flexible weekends.
Prefer flexible schedule **Must be able to work weekends if needed.
Must be able to work Holidays
While the majority of the work may be in the middle of the day, when we have vacation/working clients go away those visits are usually during the AM, NOON, and PM hours.
The daily clients are very regular giving us one month to a few hours notice. Vacation clients and times of the pet sits vary.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Typical duties include, lots of TLC, walking, feeding, changing cat litter, administering pills, taking in mail, newspaper, plant watering, cleaning pet bowls and picking up after pets.
Must love getting licks from your four legged bosses
Being able to “speak dog” and have “cat conversations” is a plus! =)
Walking Large dogs and Small Dogs
Communicating with pet parents and sending regular pet visit updates
REQUIREMENTS:
**Professional yet casual attire, but well kept appearance is a must.
No nose, lip, brow piercings or visible tattoos (will ask to remove for job if so)
~ appearance must be kept clean and hair well managed for high-end clients that you will be engaging with along with their pets.**
