Tipp to Tail Pet Resort is seeking several part-time or full-time Pet Comfort Specialists to join our team in Tipp City, Ohio. Tipp to Tail Pet Resort is the pride and joy of Tipp City Veterinary Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team that's continuing to grow. We would like to fill these positions as soon as possible. Full-time and part-time hours are available - weekend and holiday availability is required. Experience in the veterinary or pet care industry is not required, and on-the-job training is available. Every team member at Tipp to Tail takes pride in our care for our clients, patients, and guests. We recently completed a 22,000 sq. ft. expansion of our campus! The expansion will greatly increase our daycare and training capacity, add dedicated space for boarding exotic pets, and includes a brand new boarding area for our feline guests! We have a comprehensive on-the-job training program in place. Experience working in customer-facing environments is also a plus (every pet we see here at TCVH has at least one human along for the ride). Hours / Work Schedule Must be able to work morning, afternoon, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling is available. Shifts start as early as 6am and end as late as 7pm. Double shifts (working two shifts in a row, ~12-13 hours) are an option for interested team members. Physical Requirements Physical ability to walk and/or stand on your feet throughout a normal workday required Physical ability to engage in repetitive motions of legs, arms and hands Physical ability to move animals and goods Physical ability to push up to 150 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a normal workday required Compensation & Benefits $12.16-$17.97 per hour, based on experience. Staff members are provided with a very specific roadmap to advancing their skills and increasing their compensation. Weekend shifts carry a $1/hr. shift differential.
