As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with Department Management to learn about each department's functions and how they interact to assist in the Distribution Center's success. This 3 month training program will prepare you to focus on and specialize in one department to refine your leadership and coaching skills to assist others in succeeding as well as. The Manager Trainee position is a training opportunity for you to become an Assistant Department Manager and eventually a Department Manager. Manage and lead team members in your area ? Ensure that all product is received and shipped in the most efficient way ? Keep all work areas in good repair, orderly, clean, and safe ?
