Role and Responsibilities
As the Front-End Department Manager, you are a key player in overseeing and managing all aspects of the cashier department including but not limited to; department profitability, assisting our guests with urgency and leading the team to successfully drive business/sales. Always maintain possession of the register key while on duty. Including throughout the entirety of all transactions that include the use of the key and code authorization.
Must take full responsibility, and knowledgeable of all transactions that require key holder involvement including but not limited to voids, refunds of any type, and associate discounts.
Observe transactions requiring override in their entirety (including voids, refunds, associate discounts) for accuracy and proper procedure.
Timely communication to store management of all issues.
Be cognizant to all front-end associate discrepancies including frequent/patterned or multiple voids, register discrepancies, cash shortage/overage and communicate to management immediately.
Training and supervision of all front-end associates on all front-end policies and procedures.

This position is available part time (8am -2pm) or full time (7:30am - 5pm) with the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:
General Receptionists Duties Including: answering phones, setting appointments, returning customer's calls, handling customer complaints.
Manages billing, accounts payables, accounts receivables and bank reconciliation.
Oversee vendor management.
Performs accounting/clerical duties such as sending out past due notices and following up with those customers.
Oversees and takes care of the office space, break room, etc…
Works with Design team on Pool Renovations
Maintain Social Media accounts and update regularly

Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
(1) At least 1 year of officemanagement and/or accounting experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred.
(2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and
(3) no felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check)
Experience with Graphic Design a major plus
Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
