THE PURPOSE: This role exists to support the growth and operational excellence of True Religion's international business by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of wholesale orders. The Sales Operations Associate - International plays a critical role in managing end-to-end order processing, maintaining data integrity, and driving cross-functional communication to achieve revenue targets. This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency across global markets.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
Manage the end-to-end international order lifecycle from order entry through final shipment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain a high level of data integrity across systems to support forecasting, revenue targets, and reporting accuracy.
Drive daily communication with international customers to address inventory needs, order status, and account maintenance.
Partner closely with Sales to identify financial risks within the order base, including RTVs, cancellations, swaps, and defects, and support action plans to meet dilution targets.
Oversee supply-and-demand matching across multiple virtual warehouses to maximize revenue opportunities and fulfillment rates.
Collaborate with Planning to communicate inventory needs, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions to mitigate fulfillment risk.
Ensure compliance with all customer-specific requirements, proactively identifying and quantifying risks as they arise.
Prepare and distribute weekly reporting to cross-functional partners, supporting informed decision-making.
Act as a key liaison with multiple distribution centers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries to international partners, department stores, and specialty boutiques.
Manage customer portals, including PO uploads, PO reconciliation, ASN creation, box labeling, and related documentation.
Process inventory transfers between warehouses, ensuring accurate system movement and documentation.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in an operations or sales operations role supporting global or international markets
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis
Proven experience managing end-to-end wholesale or retail order processes
Strong understanding of EDI, retail and wholesale systems, allocation, and account management
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience supporting or scaling an international business
Full-cycle wholesale operations experience
Experience running, comparing, and analyzing reports to support business decisions
Familiarity with NuOrder or other wholesale B2B platforms
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 hourly. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

Job Overview
The Business Impact Specialist is a true "Utility Player" who is well versed in most Sales & Service frontline roles, including customer-facing and non-customer facing positions, to respond to and fulfill needs associated with staffing shortages, work stoppages, and other challenges that create gaps in our frontline staffing plan. Will be qualified and skilled to perform all job duties identified in the job descriptions of CDL qualified Delivery Merchandiser, Bulk Merchandiser, Space Management Specialist, Warehouse Laborer, Forklift Driver, and Account Developer and more as needs arise. Will be on a special response team that is called upon to fulfill needs in different market units and geographies. Anticipate extensive travel requirements including overnight and successive weeks, and flexible scheduling. Will normally complete work independently and be personally accountable for travel logistics and day-to-day functionality to satisfy assignment objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist supervisor to help with projects, tasks across the territory, and other duties as assigned
Fill all shelves, racks, displays, and equipment and places proper POS items. Inspects work area for cleanliness, verifies sets are in accordance to the plan-o-gram. Adjusts any shelves, moves products, displays, or racks as required
Communicates sales opportunities to the sales team and, or customer
Prepares and loads onto their company vehicle the necessary equipment and point of sale materials to complete the work assignments for each customer
Greets the store contact and reviews the plans for the reset of racks, displays, and point of sale materials. After assignments, review the completed set with store contact and have them sign off on the reset request form. Removes and replaces any supplies and equipment that are needed to complete the reset of displays
Ensures all Outbound loads are secured and safe by applying protective wrapping as needed and that the proper documentation is attached (STO). Loads and unloads trailers as needed to support delivery activities following CCCI SOPs by updating SAP, CONA via handhelds to ensure accurate accountability for loads Inbound and outbound to, from territories supported by Regional Operation Center
Performs all safety and housekeeping activities including but not limited to conducting pre-trip and post-trip checks, reviewing daily documentation for accuracy, and keeping the work area neat and clutter-free
Utilizes "switcher" to maneuver 53' and pup trailers to the dock as needed
Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes, and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer. Done to ensure the day to day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit
Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists and executes monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers
Accountable for maximizing operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals, minimizing shrink and out of date, ensuring compliance with routing schedules in terms of the right day and week, and product that is ordered is accepted by the customer
Demonstrates an aggressive and effective selling acumen and demeanor to effectively sell-in contractual agreements, promotions, innovation products, and distribution principles
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Must be able to meet the qualifications of Route Specialist (CDL required) capable of covering any route discipline, Space Management Specialist, Bulk Merchandiser, Account Developer, Warehouse Forklift Driver, and Laborer

General Position Summary
The Store Operations Coordinator drives the efficiency of all retail operations through communication between Lids corporate office and the field organization (our stores). This person contributes to and organizes all projects impacting Lids retail employees, including wage management, visual merchandising, promotional planning and more. The Store Operations Coordinator works closely with all departments in the business to ensure productivity in all stages of the project life cycle. The ideal teammate is self-motivated and a skilled multitasker and communicator who has a passion for the retail industry.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
Partner with leaders from throughout the company to ensure cross-departmental collaboration to support 1200+ stores.
Send all global communications from corporate to field leaders to include memos, corporate announcements, and departmental reports.
Design and maintain store-level communication portal, as well as partner with all applicable departments and associates to ensure current, accurate information.
Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to continue to find ways to improve efficiency and strengthen culture.
Participate, oversee, and facilitate meetings, including taking notes on action items and following through on the takeaways.
Build vendor partnerships to manage and supply Lids branded merchandise to the field and corporate office.
Monitor flow, quality, and quantity of data, projects, and requests for information going to the field, to ensure that all is consistent with the needs and goals of the field organization.
Additional Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Support the Lids field operations team by managing and solving store inventory discrepancies.
Monitor inventory adjustments for accuracy and completion.
Model a culture of ownership in every customer and employee interaction while driving strategic priorities and operational activities.
Manage the overall direction, development, and performance of the department and operations partners both internal and external.
Communicate with and understand the needs of internal and external customers while maintaining the department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
Prior retail, business management, or event management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advance Excel and MS Office skills
Strong systems capability and ability to adapt to new applications
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
Active decision-making and problem-solving
Proven ability to perform both independently with minimal supervision, as well as be a collaborative team player
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling difficult situations
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask

What You'll Need:
• Three or more years of sales experience with a focus on business development or customer acquisition
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and capital equipment is highly preferred
• Experience discussing equipment evaluations, workflow needs, or process improvements with customers is highly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward clear monthly and annual goals
• Ability to manage time and pipeline efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• HubSpot experience preferred
Compensation
This position offers a base pay plus a commission structure tied directly to new customer acquisition.
Working Conditions/Schedule:
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Setting: Office setting with occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events. Hybrid work is optional but not required.
Equipment: Use of a computer, telephone, and headset.
