Pros of working at Peterson Holding

Variety of work. There are so many product lines we work on it is hard to be board

Cons of working at Peterson Holding

We do an employee servey every year and every year they present an action plan on how they are going fix what the employees have said in the servey. Every year nothing gets fixed. Upper management also likes to keep everyone in the dark about how things are going in the company. We are told everything is great, best year ever. We ask for more tooling or progress on the new shops and we get the same answer no matter who we talk to "I dont know, havent heard anything about it."

Peterson Holding benefits

I get to work on/operate machines I would never be able to afford. My favorite jobs are installations of attachments to machines.
