SUMMARY
The Heavy Duty Repair Technician performs service activities primarily in the main service shop for customer and/or sales and rental fleet equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety procedures, laws, policies, and rules.

Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Pre-delivery setup and installation on all makes and models of Caterpillar equipment and allied products.
Repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, fuel systems, final drives, steering clutches, cross-shafts, hydraulic components including pumps, motors, valves, and all related components, electrical and air systems.
Write service reports that accurately document activities.
Prepare required documentation including work orders, parts lists, and timecards in an accurate and timely manner to enable other employees to do their job in a timely manner.
Perform assigned tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Follow manufacturer and company service guidelines and procedures to ensure quality work and to preserve and document component failure information for accurate failure analysis.
Work overtime as needed within labor law guidelines.
Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Operate company or personal vehicle as needed.
Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree from a fully accredited college or technical/vocational school in Diesel Technology or other closely related field; and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in heavy equipment service; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must be a member of Local 3 of the Operating Engineers or be willing to become one as a condition of employment.
The pay rate for this position is: $38.72. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.

This role is responsible for managing subcontractor prequalification, crafting and distributing RFPs, coordinating bid events, and ensuring rigorous compliance with internal, client, and regulatory standards. In addition, you will support estimating by helping quantify subcontractor scopes and maintaining key documentation in our system.
Responsibilities:
Lead annual subcontractor prequalification and requalification processes
Develop, write, and issue RFPs to qualified subcontractors
Manage bid events in Procore, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Coordinate pre-bid meetings, site visits, and subcontractor communications

HOURS: For 1st Class: The normal working hours for this position are in accordance with Article 3, Section 3.2 (B). Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or Monday through Thursday 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Night Shift) 1st Class Utility Lineworkers rotate every two weeks or equally between these work periods.
WAGE: Ultimate rate - *$57.42 per hour, for a 40 hour week. Overtime rates in accordance with I.B.E.W. Agreement, Local #1837. *Starting wage will be in accordance with Article 3.1, Sections A - C.

Data Quest is an established Corporate, Private Investigations Agency and is currently recruiting Independent Field Audit Contractors for contract-based work across the US. Independent Contract field work includes integrity bar audits, dining audits, etc. Independent Field Audit Contractors must be at least 21 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, reliable and computer savvy. Access to a reliable vehicle is a plus.
Bar and Dining Audits typically pay a flat fee ranging from $25.00 to $50.00, plus reimbursement of expenses incurred during each audit. Upon completing each audit an online report consisting of answering a series of yes/no questions and providing a well written narrative experience summary is required. Most audits do permit you to bring a guest with you.
While experience as a mystery shopper, field investigator, or in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred, it is not required.
