Pay , invest in building unnecessary things rather then employees, will give generous offer for sign on bonus but will not try to keep staff they already have, if someone leaves everyone is expected to morph into that position as well, will change directors overnight without thinking of repercussions.

Pros of working at Peterson Health
My department director was phenomenal. If it was busy, she readily went out onto the floor to take care of patients along with everyone else. I really felt like the hospital cared about their nurses
