The Role: What to Expect
Location: Based in our Grand Forks, ND office.
Frontline Patient Support: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate the registration and scheduling process.
Insurance & Documentation: Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and ensure accurate patient records.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient access.
Key Responsibilities
Greet & Assist Patients & Visitors: Provide a welcoming and professional first impression.
Collect & Verify Patient Information: Ensure accuracy in personal, medical, and insurance details.
Coordinate Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and provide reminders for patient visits.
Support Telehealth Services: Educate patients on the telehealth process and provide technical assistance as needed.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Provide General Administrative Support: Assist with completing necessary forms, correspondence, and documentation.

The Case Manager is responsible for the interdisciplinary coordination of care for a designated patient population. Qualifications
Education and Training: Licensure in the state where the hospital resides is preferred. Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. Essential Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing team to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
Support and guide direct patient care staff, focusing on performance development, training, and continuous improvement to maintain high standards of patient care
Monitor compliance with internal policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with senior leadership, supervisors, and managers to evaluate and enhance workflows and patient care processes
Serve as a clinical resource for staff and assist in addressing patient care needs
Participate in quality assurance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee staffing and daily operational functions of department needs to maintain service quality and access
Ensure accurate documentation and support readiness for audits and inspections
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), or ability to obtain licensure by date of hire, in all states where RPA practices.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; Psych experience desirable
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience
Consistently leads by example with a strong understanding of clinical operations, patient access processes, and healthcare compliance standards
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR), medical systems, and general office software.
