Bookkeeping & Financial Administration

Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and DMS/point-of-sale batches.
Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings (or coordinate with payroll provider).
Prepare month-end journal entries and assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
Support sales tax collection and reporting, ensuring compliance with local and state requirements.
Assist with budgets, financial analysis, and special accounting projects as needed.
Administrative & Office Support
(When needed) Greet customers, answer phones, route calls and emails, and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, titles, and dealership records (physical and electronic).
Manage vendor relationships and order office and shop supplies.
Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure paperwork and billing issues are resolved.
Schedule appointments and assist with front office workflows to maintain a smooth customer experience.
Tag & Title (Backup Responsibilities)
Serve as backup for Tag & Title processing: prepare and submit title/registration paperwork, temporary tags, transfers, lien filings/releases, and other DMV-related documents.
Communicate with customers and state agencies on title status, registration renewals, and title corrections.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with state DMV requirements and dealership policies.
Maintain knowledge of e-title systems and Dealer Management System (DMS) title modules.
Willingness to obtain any required state registration/title agent certification or DMV credentials.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
2+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience; retail or dealership experience strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas), Outlook, and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; professional phone manner.

Preferred Experience

Basic understanding of sales tax, payroll, and retail accounting practices.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with state DMV requirements and dealership policies.
Maintain knowledge of e-title systems and Dealer Management System (DMS) title modules.
Willingness to obtain any required state registration/title agent certification or DMV credentials.

High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience in retail, preferably within luxury, specialty, or jewelry retail.
Passion for the Pandora and REEDS brand
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a team.
Proficient in POS systems, clienteling tools, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce platforms.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods as required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous coursework or certification from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
