Description: Job Title: Ready-Mix Driver Job Grade: 16 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Concrete Plant Operator Appraisal Type: Employee Job Purpose: The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of concrete to our customer's satisfaction. The Ready-Mix driver will operate equipment in conjunction with delivery during the process of loading and discharging concrete. This position also serves as a quality insurance technician who has the ability to adjust the product to meet customer needs and ensure high quality of product upon delivery. The Ready-Mix driver will have a high level of customer service to fulfill needs for the customers and a salesman to continue to generate business. Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Inspects the Ready-Mix truck pre and post-delivery and documents any irregularities, dysfunctional parts and systems and reports issues to the correct personnel. Communicates and collaborates with the Concrete Plant Operator to receive delivery and route instructions for customer deliveries. Safely and accurately loads the Ready-Mix truck with correct materials for customer delivery. Ensures continued quality of materials between deliveries. Effectively fills the water tank on the Ready-Mix truck when needed. Ensures timely delivery of materials to customer location and inspects job site for any discrepancies with past delivered products. Efficiently works with customers on site and obtains vehicle access for unloading of products. Inspects and maintains cleanliness of Ready-Mix truck. Removes and disposes of any leaked material on trucks in the appropriate designated area. Assists with regular cleaning of Batch Plant and maintains cleanliness of all designated areas. Operates machine loader and safely loads materials into truck to prepare for delivery. Perform additional duties as needed. Generate reports from FIXX system. Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installation. Manages any projects assigned, coordinates resource, elevates obstacles to leadership to complete goals on time. The **Business Development Director - Taiwan** is responsible for the identification and business development of prospective Counter-UAS customers in Taiwan. This position is responsible for the direction of all strategic and tactical efforts as they relate to supporting existing business as well as capturing new business in the region. Prior relevant experience working with customers within the region and understanding customer requirements/needs/issues, with demonstrated success. + In-depth knowledge of geopolitics, regional and in-country operational needs relating to autonomous systems, both aerial and ground. + Extensive understanding of cultural and political attributes of countries in the area. Marathon Pipe Line Company (MPL) - MPL operates pipeline systems that move crude oil from production fields, other pipeline companies, and offshore platforms to MPC refineries, other refineries, and other pipeline systems. Marine - Maintains and operates a large private inland petroleum products barge fleet, which is used to ship crude oil, intermediates, and refined products. Responsibilities: The purpose of the Logistics and Storage intern/co-op program is to identify and develop future technical and leadership talent for the benefit of MPC, the engineering intern/co-op, and the engineering profession. The intern/co-op program may consist of any number of work sessions. Multiple sessions give interns/co-ops the ability to rotate between the different L&S components in order to gain exposure to the various business segments and to offer a variety of assignments with increasing responsibility. Intern/Co-ops will gain experience in the 5 phases of the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP) including Conceptual, Feasibility, Definition, Implementation, and Start-up/Close-out. Other responsibilities may include: * Development of project scope * Engineering oversight * Technical design * Cost estimating * Schedule development * Evaluating and summarizing bid sets * Construction supervision * Safety leadership * Coordination with operations groups * Project documentation * Travel ranges from 15-45% Qualifications: * Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. * Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree seeking program for the duration of the experience. * Strong academic performance. * Candidates must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. * Availability to work 40 hours per week. * Positions are available Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. * Availability for multiple work terms is preferred. * Many projects will require travel to construction sites; therefore, a valid driver's license is required. * Military experience a plus. * MIN - $32.92 per hour / MAX - $41.67 As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth.
