Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service while receiving and assisting with donated goods, keeping accurate counts of donations, cleaning, pricing, and sorting goods; while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Additionally, may assist store customers in selecting and purchasing store items; operates and maintains cash register; responds to customers questions; ensures the security of store items and the cash register.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and sort donations - Inspect, categorize, and process donated goods according to established standards, selecting suitable items for store display.
Tag, price, and display merchandise - Prepare items for sale by tagging, pricing, and arranging them neatly on racks and shelves to maintain an orderly, appealing store environment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety - Keep the store, donation, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
Provide excellent customer service - Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and donations in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate cash register and handle transactions - Process sales accurately, balance the cash drawer, and ensure the security of all cash and sales records when assigned cashier duties.

The purpose of this position is to support a crew that utilizes vacuum trucks and hydro blasters (we will provide training) on a daily basis for necessary routine & restorative maintenance to a number of different industries.
Responsibilities
Performing industrial maintenance cleaning work, including vacuuming industrial waste/materials (solids, sludges, and liquids), water blast cleaning various surfaces and jetting sewer, water or process lines.

Physical labor such as shoveling.
Working in confined spaces.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley is currently seeking a driven and experienced Industrial Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. Our work includes challenging formed concrete foundations, assembly and installation of manufacturing machinery and in-plant renovations. Employees will be based out of Kinsley's North East, MD location but travel in the mid-Atlantic region for projects will be required.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with instruments for precise layout
Assist with excavation and backfill
Non CDL truck driving may be required
Perform formwork, placement of anchor bolts and placement of embeds
Perform placement of rebar
Perform placement of concrete including large mass pours, foundations, formed piers, formed walls, supported slabs and small areas of slab on grade
In addition to carpentry and concrete work, must be willing to learn standard rigging practices, steel erection fundamentals and pipefitting.
Measure, cut or shape wood, plastic and other material
Use various hand and power tools such as circular saws, nail guns, sanders, tape measures, squares, levels, brooms etc.
Fasten materials together with nails, screws, staples, and adhesives
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
Load or unload building materials to be used in construction
Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding and temporary structures
Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience is appreciated and will be evaluated when determining starting compensation
Basic math skills to properly measure for the number of materials needed
Read and interpret maps, sketches, drawings, and specifications
Understand and follow oral and written instructions
Must be willing and able to work at elevated heights on provided work platforms, scaffolding or manlifts.
Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods and sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions
