    Job Description Department: Project Operations Reports to: V.P. of Project Operations The Project Manager provides overall project direction and is primarily responsible for the successful completion of complex, turnkey turbomachinery control projects. The Project Manager must possess technical knowledge and expertise to identify and deploy appropriate solutions to ensure successful project execution. This position requires exceptional negotiation skills and is responsible for the resolution of commercial issues and high customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will interface with customers and all levels of management to focus project resources establish priorities and ensure successful project execution. Essential Functions: Coordinates project planning and execution of order based on technical specifications and commercial contractual requirements. Attend customer meetings as required. Project management of orders including scheduling, tracking, shipment, invoice coordination, and being the primary customer contact for all project related matters. Accountable for quotation and booking of change orders, shipped margin, and on-time delivery. Control of invoicing process together with Accounting and coordinate with suppli9ers to ensure proper positive cash flow. Performs critical path, and project schedule variance analysis and reporting and coordinates with other managers to drive corrective actions. Monitors job cost & performance and initiates corrective action to bring projects within budgeted cost and schedule. Liaison with suppliers, fabricators and customer personnel to resolve technical, scheduling and commercial issues. Actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process Job Requirements: B.S. degree in engineering with business/project management focus. 5 + years of experience in the control system engineering / project management. Familiarity with all aspects of control system design including control panel design, instrumentation specification, PLC/DCS/HMI programming Factory Acceptance Testing, Field Loop Checks, Commissioning and Startup. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in project management including planning, conflict resolution, relationship management. Technological background in Energy and/or Oil & Gas industries. Ability to work in a fluid environment and maintain positive focus. PMP or PMI certifications are a plus. Work Conditions: Typical office environment with occasional exposure to domestic and international industrial work sites. Approx. 20% domestic travel required.

Perform cathodic protection surveys on offshore assets to assess corrosion control effectiveness. Employ camera, video, and written documentation methods to record inspection and survey findings. Level 1 NDT Certification in UT or RT, along with MT or PT. Must meet company certification requirements. Must hold a valid driver's license. Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card, valid Passport, SafeGulf & HUET Water Survival certification. Ability to work offshore and onshore, including extended periods in remote locations. Position Summary The NDT Level II UTSW Technician performs ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), visual testing (VT), and other nondestructive testing (NDT) methods to inspect offshore and onshore piping, pressure vessels, and miscellaneous equipment. This role ensures all work complies with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards. The technician will also provide guidance and oversight to trainees and Level I personnel. The NDT Technician will perform UTSW industrial inspections in both onshore and offshore environments. Work will involve inspecting piping, pipelines, pressure vessels, and various mechanical and structural components at client sites, industrial facilities, and offshore platforms. Travel to remote locations, including extended stays offshore, may be required based on project needs. Duties And Responsibilities * Perform NDT inspections, including UT, MT, PT, and VT, on offshore and onshore piping, pressure vessels, and equipment. * Analyze and interpret testing results to identify defects, anomalies, or structural issues. * Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation as per company and client standards. * Adhere to all company and client safety protocols and procedures, prioritizing health and safety in every aspect of the job. * Operate and maintain NDT equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability during inspections. * Provide direction, mentorship, and support to trainees and Level I personnel to enhance their technical competencies. * Communicate findings effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members. * Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and specifications, including API, ASME, and AWS. * Assist with job planning, including equipment setup, calibration, and execution of inspection projects. * Plan the methods and determine the type of NDT equipment required to inspect the structure of materials. * Perform UT Shear Wave inspections primarily in the field. * Conduct tests in the NDT methods to the extent certified and qualified in. * Prepare, set-up and complete all necessary paperwork. * Assist in training and supervising Level I RT trainees and other NDT trainees. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, paying special attention to health and safety policies. * Must be able to travel and work on a call-out basis, both domestic and international. * Must be able to work in harsh environments. * Performs additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support organizational objectives.
