I would improve the disconnect between the store teams and the corporate management, some things being asked of stores teams are impossible to sustain with corporate expectations. corporate teams seem much happier with their roles than store teams.

CEO and corporate leadership are all about the bottom line and do not care about how their teams are surviving at the store level, major disconnect. They need to take care of their people more if they plan on keeping experienced leadership in stores in place.

I utilized my experience and skills to verse myself during the interview, at store level the interview process varies widely from leader to leader and can be a pretty basic interview

At the store leadership level and above the compensation is actually fairly competitive especially the longer you have been around and the more locations you have transferred to

Sometimes management was lackluster... they also expect a lot of their Inventory Leader.

I didn't like how management had favorites and they would lie and steal and get away with it

Learning about all of the different animals and getting to touch them clean them etc

I get experience caring for and medicating animals. I also have customer service skills and I am able to multi-task.

The drama. I rather come in laugh a little and do my job. I love my job, but when it comes to management they have a lot going on and they seem not to care how their employees feel.

The discount we get on dog food and items in store. I also love the experience they have blessed me with. I also love that were a family more than just coworkers

The management and lack of communication. We weren't treated with respect and kindness.
