A Director, Launch Assets and Innovative Access Partnerships is being recruited to join Global Commercial Access Partnership (GCAP), part of the Emerging Markets Access and Accord Organisation. GCAP is a dedicated team that leverages above country financing and works with a broad set of global health actors at global, regional and country levels to accelerate equitable and commercially sustainable access to Pfizer's inline and pipeline breakthroughs (therapeutics, vaccines, biologics) and improve patient care for underserved populations in more than 100 countries globally.
This role will primarily focus on two areas:
Preparing for the successful launch of new global health assets, ensuring operational readiness and market introduction strategies. The immediate priority will be preparing for the launch of the multidose vial presentation of Maternal Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV MDV), working cross-functionally and with external partners to enable successful introduction and scale-up through maternal vaccination pathways.
Identifying and developing innovative partnerships in oncology and primary care to expand access to Pfizer medicines in emerging markets, including owning day-to-day operations and managing contracting processes for access agreements with partners to ensure timely execution and compliance.
The Director will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that advance health equity and strengthen health systems.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Launch Planning & Execution
Lead the development and execution of launch plans for prioritized global health assets, including vaccines, therapeutics, and biologics.
Drive operational readiness for new product introductions, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support successful market entry and scale-up of new assets.
Lead RSV MDV launch planning, including maternal vaccination pathway readiness and external partner engagement.
Access Partnerships & Market Shaping
Identify and pursue innovative partnerships in vaccines, oncology and primary care to increase access to Pfizer's medicines.
Explore novel financing mechanisms and above-country access arrangements to support sustainable healthcare delivery.
Conduct market and partner assessments to identify opportunities for funded commercial access agreements.
Design and implement multi-stakeholder partnerships that improve outcomes at scale.
Own day-to-day operations related to access initiatives, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
Manage contracting processes for access agreements, including negotiation, compliance, and documentation.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for operational delivery across all assigned projects.

Represent Pfizer in high-level engagements with governments, donors, and multilateral organizations.
Lead negotiations and cultivate relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

Pfizer Oncology is focused on extending its leadership in genitourinary cancers and we are committed to developing and delivering a broad portfolio of medicines in prostate cancer that define standards of care for patients across the treatment continuum. Mevrometostat is a first-in-class, , small-molecule EZH2 inhibitor in Phase-3 development for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer (aPC). There are currently 3 on going Phase 3 trials with readouts expected in 2026, 2027 & 2028.
When used in combination with androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs; like XTANDI), Mevrometostat may overcome ARPI resistance- a common cause of PC disease progression. Prostate cancer is the 2nd most common cancer in men worldwide and the 5th most common cause of cancer death among men, mCRPC represents an addressable patient population of ~52,000 patients in the US. In addition to the Phase 3 trials, we continue to evaluate further development opportunities for Mevrometostat in earlier lines of prostate cancer.
ROLE SUMMARY
The HCP Marketing Strategy Lead will be responsible for architecting and building several pillars of our global go to market launch strategy. Building the foundation and laying the groundwork of our branded strategic efforts - from bringing our brand positioning to life through the development of a branded campaign, overarching narrative and comprehensive message platform. In joining the Mevrometostat team pre-launch and pre-phase three readout (L-18 ) the HCP lead will need to collaborate closely with both the Global Marketing Launch Lead as well as other members of the cross functional team (Medical Affairs, GAV, US commercial and ICO). The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, oncology or specialty marketing experience, and a demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies and initiatives that maximize brand value. To support a global launch the selected candidate will need to understand the launch excellence process, be attuned to identifying key mPC market dynamics as well as map out a clear customer adoption journey through deep & robust insights. As such the candidate should have a proven track record of working in a matrix team environment, with multiple regional, marketing, and cross-functional partners.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead our branded HCP marketing strategic efforts including Global Branding, development of a Branded HCP Campaign and associated key branded narratives and messaging platforms.
Support the development of global branding platform (including positioning, messaging, targeting, etc), core content package, and tactical architecture across relevant customers
Develop and test strategic core claims based on stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with clinical program, regulatory strategy, target label, and real-world data plans
Champion & synthesize customer insights and translate key critical insights into Global strategy and action plans
Define vision of success and KPIs for tracking market development impact and progress
Oversee CoLab agency of record, ensuring clear and robust scopes of work, appropriate staffing, excellence in execution, and timely and efficient budget management
Close collaboration with US & ICO counterparts both within the Global Governance Team (GGT) and regular engagement with a co-creation mindset for designing a launch platform and all assets
Establish core launch operation elements including DLPP, update Launch Health Report

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
