    The Oncology Diagnostic Liaison has a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact in patient lives. Under general direction of the Pfizer Oncology Commercial Diagnostics Leader, he/she will plan and execute all aspects of the organization's Pathology / Diagnostic Market and Access strategy. This position will have a great deal of autonomy and the candidate must be self-driven to deliver results. The primary responsibility for this role will be to liaise with pathology groups, diagnostic groups, and key stakeholders of reference laboratories to build a core diagnostic foundation for our current and future pipeline products. The Oncology Diagnostic Liaison will report to the Commercial Diagnostics Leader. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Under the general direction of the Pfizer Oncology Commercial Diagnostics Leader, plan and execute all aspects of the organization's Pathology / Diagnostic Market and Access strategy for the assigned region. Develop key messaging and education tactics within the assigned region to positively impact pathology targets. Be the primary liaison with regional pathology groups, diagnostic groups and key stakeholders of reference laboratories and key institutional accounts to build and maintain a core diagnostic foundation for current and future pipeline products. Educate pathologists on new therapy driven emerging biomarkers of interest and utility of said biomarkers (pre and post approval) Proactively and independently establish laboratory relationships and connections within the regional pathology and oncologist community to increase understanding of ordering the right test, at the right time, with the right key protocols in place for better patient identification and diagnosis. Attend diagnostic advisory boards and pathology related congresses as needed to network, influence, and generally increase awareness and understanding of diagnostic testing in relation to the therapeutic products offered by Pfizer Oncology. Actively monitor the latest developments within the therapeutic area and be able to effectively discuss all aspects of the patient biopsy, tissue journey, and the technical challenges along the tumor and patient diagnosis. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of industry experience Bachelor's degree is required. Experience working with and training pathologists on new emerging data and information concerning accurate IHC testing and reporting. Must have deep laboratory experience or an understanding of the flow of work within an academic / community institution, as well as national/regional reference labs. Must be able to develop and execute a territory/regional plan of action to impact pathology targets and drive education with key messaging within assigned territory/region. Must have experience presenting and articulating educational and complex information to key stakeholders / decision makers, including but not limited to pathologists, oncologists, lab techs, c-suite executives, etc. Passionate about making a difference for oncology patients. Ability to think creatively, convert ideas into action, and act with a sense of urgency. This is a field-based position and frequent travel is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Oncology experience with an In-depth knowledge of diagnostics in the Lung, GI, GU, and Hematology marketplace. A basic understanding of hospital EMRs flow of work and Laboratory LIS preferred. Understanding of testing methodologies with IHC, FLOW, FISH, PCR, and NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) preferred Pharmaceutical experience in oncology preferred. Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate will possess experience in day to day customer interaction, a comfort level with operating independently and not in an office environment. Purpose The Community Health Worker/Certified Enrollment Counselor (CHW/CEC), reports to the Community Outreach Program Manager (COPM). The CHW/CEC is an important team member supporting the Outreach & Enrollment department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The CHW/CEC shall be accountable for: 1) Professionally and compassionately serve to connect the community in the Family Medicine Health Center (FMHC) services area to local healthcare and community services and resources. 2) Responsible for helping patients and their families to navigate and access community services, other resources, and adopt healthy behaviors. 3) Provide social support and informal counseling, advocate for individuals and community health needs. Community outreach, such as home visits and helping with health screenings at community fairs will be required. The CHW/CEC works closely with receptionists, providers, nurses, medical assistants, counselors, dietician, and referral coordinators as well as team members from the pharmacy and business office departments. What You'll Do As an EHS Intern, you will: Assist in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Support compliance activities related to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards. Help develop and update training materials, safety procedures, and emergency response plans. Analyze EHS data and recommend improvements to reduce incidents and ensure compliance. Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership. Qualifications We're seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute: Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Knowledge of safety principles, environmental regulations, or compliance programs preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
