This role will work closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, act as a strategic partner and drive performance tracking and reporting for commercial performance, including product performance outcome reporting, executive dashboard, omnichannel engagement activities, and reporting, etc. This role will also lead the efforts in standardizing and centralizing the commercial reporting eco-system and help implement industry best practices in performance reporting and insights generation processes. This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our business. The successful candidate will join Performance Analytics team within Global Commercial Analytics colleagues worldwide that are dedicated to helping drive business through proactive thought leadership, innovative research capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex and dynamic information in new and creative ways
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Performance Reporting & Tracking
* Provide thought partnership in building and standardizing commercial reporting eco-system
* Act as strategic partner to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to organization wide performance reporting, including executive reporting.

Technical Skills

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Access Strategy & Pricing within GAV's (Global Access and Value) Oncology Pipeline & BD Team, and in collaboration with the cross-functional asset development team, this colleague will: conduct/design and synthesize global payer insights to provide early access and pricing recommendations, propose insights for clinical trial design and investment priorities for the early pipeline, including business development, and oversee the development of financial models to evaluate the impact of lifecycle indications.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide payer insights to understand/meet the needs of all types of payers in key Pfizer markets and develop an overarching Access Strategy
Represent the ‘Voice of the Payer' at cross-functional team and governance bodies for pre-POC priority assets
Deliver clear recommendations relating to payer strategy, pricing and reimbursement needs, evidence generation, data collection and value proposition via the Integrated Value & Access Strategy (IVAS).
Achieving the above will require the formation of leadership and/or participation in virtual cross functional Access Matric Teams (AMT). When necessary, convene and coordinate taskforce deployments related to specific asset threats and opportunities.
Generate & synthesize payer insights
Lead horizon scanning and in-depth understanding of payer regulations, needs of all types of payers (e.g. HTA agencies, institutions and patients) in key Pfizer markets.
Create and maintain expertise in payer regulation and priorities across major countries / archetypes in the region:
Assessment and communication of external access trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities for pipeline & inline portfolio.
Gather and synthesize feedback for development programs with health technology assessment agencies, payers, and relevant patient associations within assigned region
Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Clinical and Medical teams to optimize clinical trial designs which incorporate payer requirements for pricing and reimbursement.
Provide price and market access input on early clinical trials and generate access recommendations to key business decision points.
Anticipate and navigate key external policy changes and trends (e.g. IRA, EU HTA) to ensure future-proofing of our early access strategies
Develop early payer value proposition and drive market access strategy
Support development and regional customization of the access strategy and delivery of the payer value proposition
Guide the organization on the payer evidence strategy (by payer archetype) and its incorporation in the asset development program, including endpoint recommendations in trials
Refine deliverables by payer archetypes within assigned region
Advance functional excellence in GAV
Identify novel strategies such as novel PRO strategies, VBAs, RWE, etc. to communicate and boost value of upcoming pipeline assets.
Work with cross-functional teams including Global HV&E, Clinical, Medical, Commercial Strategy to identify and appropriately allocate resources per critical business needs.
Develop and manage stakeholder relationship with Oncology Clinical Team, Global Product Team and R&D Team to shape Pfizer investment decisions for clinical trials design considering key payer requirements (e.g. Germany, France, etc)

The salary for this position is expected to range between $194,600.00 and $361,400.00 per year.

Role Overview

Given the substantial unmet need for UC patients, the robust product profile, and our history in the GI therapeutic area, Velsipity is on track to become a significant revenue contributor within the portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Velsipity Consumer Marketing Director is a crucial role that helps to drive strategic projects that activate our target UC patient. A critical element of success in this crowded category is to drive awareness of Velsipity as an oral advanced therapy (AT) option and motivate AT Naïve patients to make a request with conviction.
This role requires a bold, experienced and motivated colleague to make their mark on a highly visible brand in Specialty Care.
This position will report to the US Velsipity Consumer Lead and will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Lead development of Velsipity DTC branded campaign, ensuring consistency with HCP team.
Activate an integrated Consumer strategy across disciplines. Ensure appropriate synergies and alignment across branded channels (e.g. TV/video, audio, digital/social, HCP, etc.).
Lead DTC TV shoots and advertising production (as necessary).
Lead brand messaging evolution, including exploration with agency, MLR reviews and submission to OPDP.
Partner with Media team to develop and execute brand media plans; ensure insights, messaging and creative opportunities are maximized across the media mix.
Measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generate early learnings to drive continuous improvement, and develop business cases to advance the brand's patient activation model.
Actively engage in primary market research and secondary research to stay current with patient needs.
Manage Consumer budget; make recommendations on budget trade-off decisions.
Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to elevate and amplify approach.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS with 8+ years of experience.
Ability to understand Consumer needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results.

Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership.
Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.
