McPherson Kansas Plant- Toxic and unprofessional environment. Hostile work environment and favoritism culture. Local people are very clickish. Incompetent and dysfunctional management resulted from hiring and promoting locals whites from primarily local churches regardless of merit and qualification of out state professionals.
Avoid this particular plant at McPherson Kansas. It is a legacy Hospira plant, and it's management composing local people and culture does not represent Pfizer culture or system.

I like everything there, there is nothing that I do not like
annual bonus, pension, benefit card for food and groceries
Good entry level job at good starting pay. Work is not labor intensive or strenuous.
Too much forced overtime and forced on scheduled off days. Did not allow time off for education.
