Pros

McPherson Kansas Plant- Toxic and unprofessional environment. Hostile work environment and favoritism culture. Local people are very clickish. Incompetent and dysfunctional management resulted from hiring and promoting locals whites from primarily local churches regardless of merit and qualification of out state professionals.

Cons

Avoid this particular plant at McPherson Kansas. It is a legacy Hospira plant, and it's management composing local people and culture does not represent Pfizer culture or system.
