Qualifications: * USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) certification as a Teaching Professional or equivalent qualification preferred. * Proven experience in teaching pickleball lessons and coaching players of varying skill levels. * Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques, with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering player development. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds. * Organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute instructional programs, events, and tournaments. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate peak playing times and events. * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). * A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the sport, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. * Should be a 4.5 player Possess a working knowledge of Computer skills like MS Office.
