Mrs. LaPinska joined PGT Innovations in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative. She currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer. She is responsible for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and organizational development and training. Prior to her current role, Mrs. LaPinska served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2014 to 2021, Vice President of Customer Relations from 2012 to 2014, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2003 to 2012. Mrs. LaPinska has served in multiple roles including leading the Company's Workforce and Dealer Development functions, Customer Service and Field Service, Transportation, and Sales since her time joining PGT Innovations.

Mrs. LaPinska earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eckerd College.

She currently serves as the Vice Chair for Venice Area Chamber of Commerce and a board member for Sky Family YMCA.

Amy Rahn joined PGT Innovations in 2020 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Florida. Ms. Rahn provides strategic direction and oversees marketing initiatives for the company’s Southeast Business Unit (SEBU) brands and NewSouth Window Solutions. She also collaborates with the Western Business Unit (WEBU) brand marketing and PGT Innovations corporate marketing teams.

Prior to joining PGT Innovations, Ms. Rahn served as co-owner, co-founder, and Vice President of Marketing and Advertising of NewSouth Window Solutions. In her previous role, she was responsible for establishing and executing NewSouth’s brand strategy. Ms. Rahn has developed NewSouth’s advertising initiatives since the company’s inception in 2010. Her efforts resulted in aggressive growth of the business, including eight factory showrooms.

Ms. Rahn’s background includes eight years in electronic media advertising and 17 years in the home improvement industry. Prior to NewSouth, she ran marketing initiatives and broadcast campaigns for Champion Window and Enclosure. Ms. Rahn also served as an advertising consultant to over 40 Champion market presidents, consistently creating successful lead-generating campaigns and providing valuable media training.

Ms. Rahn earned a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at New Paltz.
