Job Description Manages all drivers who are broken down, ensuring expedited and cost controlled resolutions to situation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage drivers that call in with breakdown and ensure timely communications. Ensure proper diagnostic evaluations are completed to identify root cause and determine solution. Determine best route of action and manage drivers to that end accordingly. Ensure all estimated cost are previewed and verified, and all approvals attained. Manage drivers and occurrences by ensuring communications with all departments on status, cost and estimated down times. Manage outside vendors to ensure timely repairs and service. Manage and maintain computer integrity in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a good relationship with the drivers while managing repairs. Performs other related duties as required by business necessity or assigned by management Manages all reports and distribution of information to key designates. Manages all break downs in excess of 12 hours and ensures communications with Maintenance, Operations and Drivers

Job responsibilities include: * Yard Check * Perform maintenance inspections to trailers according to PGT and DOT standards * Document, take pictures, and report damages to Company trailers and loads. * Will ensure Claim Process is followed * Will oversee the reconciliation of PGT equipment (coil racks, lumbers, rubbers, tarps, etc.) * Will manage securement inventory (physically and systematically) for Maintenance * Responsible for making sure that loads in the yard are completely covered. Tarps are to be secured to the trailer to avoid them from falling off the commodity. * Assist drivers during the seating process. * Weekly forklift check sheets * Checking/maintaining all used securement devices. * Ensure yard is free of snow and ice (seasonal) * Weekly cycle counts. * Walk around and do safety audits on drivers ex: making sure they are securing the load correctly before departing Company yard. Job Description Receives repair orders, reviews mechanical difficulties of vehicles, diagnoses the nature of the problem, and performs necessary repairs. The T-3 level technician has basic knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and diagnostic tools and can diagnose and complete basic repairs with supervision and direction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Receives repair orders from supervisor and performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with industry and factory standards. Diagnoses cause and performs repair of any malfunction. Communicates with parts department to obtain required parts. Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty or if requested. Documents work performed. Conducts all activity with regard for personal safety, the safety of other personnel, and in accordance with all shop safety policies and practices. Examines the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Advises shift supervisors immediately if additional work is required, if work outlined is not required, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time requested. Road tests vehicles to confirm quality of repair work when required or refers to the supervisor as appropriate. Monitors and assists with the work of apprentice Truck Technicians as assigned. Keeps informed of factory technical bulletins. Attends company-sponsored training sessions. Stays aware of technical developments affecting the performance of duties. Keeps shop area neat and clean. Stands accountable for all company-owned tools at all times. Understands and follows all federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes and materials. Receives repair orders, reviews mechanical difficulties of vehicles, diagnoses the nature of the problem, and performs necessary repairs. The T-3 level technician has basic knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and diagnostic tools and can diagnose and complete basic repairs with supervision and direction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Receives repair orders from supervisor and performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with industry and factory standards. * Diagnoses cause and performs repair of any malfunction. * Communicates with parts department to obtain required parts. * Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty or if requested. Documents work performed. * Conducts all activity with regard for personal safety, the safety of other personnel, and in accordance with all shop safety policies and practices. * Examines the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. * Advises shift supervisors immediately if additional work is required, if work outlined is not required, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time requested. * Road tests vehicles to confirm quality of repair work when required or refers to the supervisor as appropriate. * Monitors and assists with the work of apprentice Truck Technicians as assigned. * Keeps informed of factory technical bulletins. Attends company-sponsored training sessions. Stays aware of technical developments affecting the performance of duties. * Keeps shop area neat and clean. Stands accountable for all company-owned tools at all times. * Understands and follows all federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes and materials. Job Description The Credit and Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day collection efforts on all outstanding accounts receivable from the customers of PGT Holdings. The individual is responsible for enforcing collections policies and procedures. Along with that, this position will also manage internal credit inquiries from all five PGT Holdings entities. The position requires a motivated individual that can prioritize, plan, and effectively multi-task. Responsibilities: Actively work alongside the Collections Team to exceed all collection and department goals for PGT Trucking, PGT Services, Southern Pines Trucking, Liedtka Logistics, and Southern Pines Cryogenics. Lead collections efforts for summary invoice customers, ensuring timely payments and customer satisfaction. Review and adjust credit limits for existing customers based on financial information, payment history, bank and trade references, while also taking account the current status of the customer with PGT Holdings. Work closely with the operations and administration department to streamline the collection process by communicating implementing customer requests. Resolving billing disputes and minimizing overall DSO with consistent communication and problem-solving skills Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with customers who are contacted for payment. Develop, implement, and maintain collection and credit processes that contribute to minimizing overall risk for PGT Holdings. Ability to effectively communicate throughout the levels of the organization - including executive - and recommend improvements and changes when necessary.
