Working at Phantom Fireworks

The current manager has to go. Disrespectful and unprofessional with the workers. Without sounding like complaining, there were several situations the manager would yell and accuse people of not listen to them, which was false, and very passive-aggressive. Every time this person was in the store, things got very tense, very fast! No one enjoyed being around them, and make many people extremely uncomfortable.

Loved fireworks and helping customers find fireworks that fit their goals. Most of the crew I worked with were great and enjoyed working with them. When not busy, it was a relaxed environment (when the head manager wasn't around). When it got busy, I felt like everyone had a mission and were happy to make things happen. It really felt like people were willing to make things happen.

Having the chance to sell fireworks and helping people finding what they need to have for Independence day and more. Assistant manager is the unsung hero, would work that person again. Bonus for working all hours worked was a big plus. Food during the July 4th rush was a nice little ribbon.

Get rid of toxic managers. No company needs them, at all. It only causes problems that are just not needed, regardless if it's seasonal work.

If you're working in the stores, you don't need to do that. Just give them the information they need for employment, and you're set.
