    Export Customer Service Representative WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will provide the highest level of customer service through prompt response to all cargo enquiries, complete and accurate bookings and professional communication when following up with the customer on any missing cargo and/or documentation in order for the customers booking to be loaded as scheduled. It is the responsibility of the Export Customer Service Representative to ensure all requirements for the booking are complete so it can be handed over to Load Planning. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Communicate effectively to meet customer requirements, resolve customer problems or complaints expeditiously, and complete booking requests timely. Working with the warehouse to ensure all cargo booked has been received prior to cut off. Report any OS&D issues on cargo received to customers, follow up to determine the outcome if the cargo can be shipped, required to be re-packed or collected as it could not be exported. Chase any missing documentation with the customer to ensure all required paperwork is received prior to cut off. Complete booking requests Arrange pick-ups with trucking company Contact shippers and complete bookings for overseas routings received, making sure to send the booking confirmation details to the origin office/agent and continue to communicate on the status of the booking to ensure they are aware that the cargo was uplifted. Determine if the customer requires VLS to complete export customs clearance, if so, correspond with the customs broker (if required) and complete the export entry. Make sure Load Planning is aware of any special requirements on the handling of the cargo. Pay Range: $85,000 - $92,000 YOUR ROLE Your primary purpose in this role is to work with Regional Account Management on a defined list of Key Accounts, ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth and animate the customer's requirement and coordination across the network WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? * Maintain & develop business with the assigned customer(s) * Organize & Ensure follow up performance review (KPIs, Volumes, Action plan..) * Drive regular workshops (internal/network + customer) to review processes, performance * Best practice sharing for the nominated account(s) within CEVA network * Prepare & participate to periodic business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual..) * Interact with customer to understand their demand / requirements * Assist Global account Management during tender process * Implement tenders with Implementation team + new projects * Participate & elaborate to re-ingeenering : suggest new routings, optimization * Link between customer & operational teams wwd(daily customer key contact) * Resolution of complaints + investigation * Liaise with purchasing department (cost optimization, new routings) * Prepare technical & commercial proposals for new solutions (along with RAM) * Reporting of successes, issues, lost opportunities with the related Global accounts * Activties/Business reviews * Dashboard implementation, Reporting + action plan WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Educational background (bachelor's degree preferred, master's degree advantageous) * Specific logistics and or multi-national focus * The role requires a skilled relationship management professional with proven track record (3+ years) in International Supply Chain and Logistics * Experienced in commercial negotiations (3+ years) * Skilled at leading a virtual team and be able to proactively work commercial issues internally as much as in front of the client. * Network management experience (3+ years) * Compliance understanding * Mature judgment and decision-making * Acute cultural and global awareness * Emerging market experience * Superior communication skills, both written and spoken * Advanced presentation skills (concise & convincing) WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER? The Product Manager will play a critical role in defining, developing, and launching new software and professional service products that deliver measurable value to hospitals, independent pharmacies, and federal healthcare facilities across the United States. This role will collaborate across departments Technology, Operations, Sales, Compliance, and Finance to define product roadmaps, manage development and launch cycles, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and corporate strategy. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new inventory management and pharmacy service offerings, from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and emerging opportunities in pharmacy operations and inventory control. Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with executive leadership. Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and technical deliverables for the software development and service delivery teams. Partner with Sales and Marketing to position and communicate product value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders. Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI for product initiatives. Ensure all new offerings align with Pharma Logistics high standards for quality, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and internal teams to guide future enhancements and roadmap decisions. Coordinate with business analysts and other technical stakeholders to manage backlog via cross-functional sprint planning meetings. Maintain strong cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product delivery and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or service design preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or SaaS environments. Proven success managing B2B or SaaS product lifecycles, from ideation through market launch. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, healthcare data, and inventory management principles. Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Compensation Range and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $108k - $120k with a 10% bonus. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics business and organizational needs, as well as an individual s relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance. Pharma Logistics offers Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). Group life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance. 14 days of paid time off, along with major holidays (New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day).
