Extremely poor communication from upper management, did a reorg little over a month ago and another this past week. Very poor training, poor benefits, they tell you they are servant leadership company, they are not, poor benefits, very bad at holding poor performers accountable
No perks unless you are upper management
The people are great
No overtime
All of it the managers are great the pay is ok could be better but if you work your way up could be great
