  • Follow and adhere to all FDA and CGMP regulations.PHARMACEUITICAL OPERATOR CAMBREX

  • Work at the Blending room for the materials of the compression area.
  • Assist in preparing batches of drug products for animal (GLP) or human (GMP) evaluation.
  • Make sound judgments regarding the manufacturing process to ensure that product meets appropriate safety, efficacy, and quality standards.
  • Worked, authorized by the US DEA, in the manufacturing process of Controlled Substances products.
  • Process improvements, leader with initiative.
  • Manufactured drug product by using different types of blenders, milling, drying.
  • Operate, maintain, monitor, and clean production equipment.
  • Requisition and inspection of Raw Materials.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as stated in the cGMP.
  • Contributed in all group meetings, Trained new operators in various areas.
  • Operate the Bosch filling machine that compress ingredients into tablets and inspect, weighs, and test hardness of the tablets.
  • Clear and clean equipment as required before and after all operations.
  • Operated V-Blenders, mixers and FITZ milling machines in the blending/granulation department.
  • Certified OSHA material handling forklift driver.
  • Compress blend using a Fette Tablet Press.
  • Worked with engineering on Validation Protocols on new equipment and processes.
  • Recorded all documentation in the log book.
