There are none. It could be a great place to work. Employees come in hoping to make a difference but very quickly are taught, trained, and guided to do the wrong thing.
Everything. They hire SMEs to do a job, then don’t allow them to execute. The almighty dollar means more to them. Cut costs, whatever activity to cut expenses is encouraged.
Health insurance is expensive. But at least offered.
Nothing. The employees don’t matter. Don’t give raises, promise bonuses as part of employment perk, but don’t give them out. Expect you to work extra hours with no extra benefits or money.
Start over with new management and leadership. Truly be concerned with employees.
Reviewed company history and path forward. Reviewed written position description. Identified how I could impact the company in moving forward and providing a solution to the problem
Lower than industry average with no additional compensation for overtime or emergency response. Bonuses are promised but not given
Women and minorities are treated as second class citizens. If you are not male and brown nose your way to executive leadership. Then you are not listened to and ignored.
The people and workers do come to work with good intentions and have positive attitudes until executive leadership, HR, and management drill you down. So we continue to go to work to support colleagues, even though leadership will tear you down.
