Sort, review, and respond to requests for medication refills as per protocol approved by SCC, assist with approving alternate medication requests for ones that are not covered by insurance, assist with prior authorizations, and requests for new medications. Approve, adjust dosing, deny refill requests according to departmental protocols approved by Saban providers. Suggest formulary substitutions for medications.
