The Director of Pharmacy Operations will lead end-to-end pharmacy operations in a high-growth environment. This includes leading all aspects related to continued rapid organic growth, including increased pharmacy volume output, workflow optimization, automation, staffing, credentialing / licensing, and implementing other operational processes as appropriate for scaled, sustainable success. Experience with medication counseling, drug and medical supply procurement, inventory control, risk management, quality assurance, and third-party reimbursement.
