The full salary range for this position is $74.83-$85.22 per hour, based on experience. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits. About this position The Pharmacy Intern performs a combination of clinical and distributive pharmacy services, under the supervision of a pharmacist, necessary for the provision of pharmaceutical care to each customer. The intern is allowed to participate in any practice activity of a pharmacist, provided that such activity is under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. As the intern progresses, and demonstrates an increase in ability, the preceptor will grant increased latitude. Responsible for their shift workload within the limitations of their internship training. May respond to emergency situations with a licensed pharmacist for educational purposes.
