JOB SUMMARY:
Nation's Infusion at Home is seeking a full-time, exempt Pharmacy Manager for our office in Owings Mills. Candidates will need to have a Maryland license and be willing to apply for a DC license if not currently held. The Pharmacy Manager supports the day-to-day operations, ensuring clinical excellence, and driving operational efficiencies across the infusion pharmacy. This role plays a key part in optimizing workflows, implementing Lean Six Sigma principles, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting business growth. The Manager will also serve as a mentor to pharmacists and technicians, develop clinical programs, engage referral sources, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM with a rotating on-call schedule that includes weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in a home infusion environment
Strong knowledge base in sterile IV admixture procedures, medication therapy management, and home infusion services
Competent in the use of pharmacokinetic principles & formulas and assessing patient laboratory values.
Ability to problem solve and work in a high stress environment
Experience with procurement and inventory management of medications
Ability to lead and supervise staff
Proficient with software including, but limited to, O365 and EMR systems, and in technology solutions for system enhancements
Excellent problem solving, organization, and communication skills
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment
Knowledge of Performance Improvement Principles and Practices

Mental health clinical research facility specializing in conducting clinical drug trials is in need of a Pharmacist licensed in MD with experience mixing IV medications to work approximately 3-5 hrs. per week in morning on Mondays, Fridays, and possibly other days during the week. This is a PRN position within the setting of a psychiatric research facility for individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis.
Job Summary:
The Pharmacist shall coordinate, collaborate and provide expertise in support of clinical investigational drug trials; perform training responsibilities; provide accurate and efficient dispensing of medication; perform administrative responsibilities; maintain overall responsibility for pharmacy operations; perform cross functional duties as required.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitors pharmacy activities on a daily basis to ensure adherence to study protocols and dispensing procedures.
Prepares and dispenses investigational drugs in accordance with the IRB-approved protocols as directed by the Principal Investigator.

Develops standard operating procedures for the pharmacy department to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates personnel. Retail Pharmacy Technician 1 Job Responsibilities:
Assists the Pharmacist in reviewing, processing, preparing, filling, labeling and dispensing medications and supplies.
Cleans equipment and maintains all required temperature logs according to system policies and procedures.
Checks medication and administration supply inventory for out-of-date products, removes products from inventory and works with the appropriate resource to record out of date products in the Expiring Medication log book.
Performs computer entry of prescription information including, but not limited to, patient/prescriber search, drug selection, prescription interpretation/entry, insurance billing and basic problem resolution.
