CLINICAL PHARMACIST SPECIALIST, AMBULATORY ONCOLOGY (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple Health/Fox Chase Cancer Center - (254250) Description The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist-Ambulatory Oncology delivers comprehensive pharmaceutical care to cancer patients across all treatment phases- in addition to clinical interface with physicians and nurses, optimizing medication therapy for cancer patients, and collaborating with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure provision of safe, effective, and cost-efficient care. This role supports clinical, operational, and educational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and quality of life.
