Act as a liaison between the pharmacy and community, building relationships with healthcare professionals and customers. Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Current and valid California pharmacy license. At least five years of pharmacy experience, including one year in a management role. Minimum of one year of compounding experience. Strong clinical background with two years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
