What You'll Do
Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring prescriptions are accurate, safe, and compliant.
Manage staffing and workflow to meet performance, patient, and profitability goals.
Mentor pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Serve as the go-to resource for complex patient and provider concerns.
Collaborate with leadership on clinical programs, MTM services, and innovative patient care initiatives.
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and encourage continuous improvement.
Oversee quality metrics, implement corrective actions, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Partner with other teams to enhance the customer experience and pharmacy operations.
Stay current on pharmacy best practices and help develop effective policies.
What You Bring
BS or PharmD in Pharmacy
Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin
3-5 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience (preferred)
Immunization certification (preferred)
Knowledge of proactive health, wellness, and nutraceuticals
Experience with Google Workspace and pharmacy software (PioneerRx preferred)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
