ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise and organize daily pharmacy operations, managing pharmacy technicians and nurses as needed to maintain accurate records, licenses, permits, and meeting attendance. Establish and review departmental goals for continuous quality improvement (CQI) on a quarterly basis.
