Key Responsibilities Provide supervision for the pharmacy including overseeing pharmacists, technicians, and a distribution team. Manages the workflow processes related to order entry, initial review of orders, and daily and cycle-fill production processes. Requirements: Skills & Abilities Must possess an appropriate California State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License. Minimum of five years of pharmacy practice with management experience in long-term care required. Minimum 3 years of PIC/pharmacy management experience. Experience maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies. Experience with pharmacy system conversions is preferred but not required. Excellent project management, communication, and people/organization skills. Demonstrated track record of setting and managing team goals / KPIs, ensuring accountability and a performance-driven culture. Experience redesigning and simplifying workflow processes to improve efficiency and quality. Experience with FrameworkLTC is preferred but not required. Positive personality who can work well within a team. Ability to function well in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
