The PIC will play a vital role in overseeing medication-related policies, procedures, and providing leadership for the hospital's pharmacy department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise and organize daily pharmacy operations, managing pharmacy technicians and nurses as needed to maintain accurate records, licenses, permits, and meeting attendance. Serve on various committees including Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Infection Control, and Medical Staff Committees. Establish and review departmental goals for continuous quality improvement (CQI) on a quarterly basis.
