Requirements Skills & Abilities * Must possess an appropriate California State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License. * Minimum of five years of pharmacy practice with management experience in long-term care required. * Minimum 3 years of PIC/pharmacy management experience. * Experience maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies. * Experience with pharmacy system conversions is preferred but not required. * Excellent project management, communication, and people/organization skills. * Demonstrated track record of setting and managing team goals / KPIs, ensuring accountability and a performance-driven culture. * Experience redesigning and simplifying workflow processes to improve efficiency and quality. * Experience with FrameworkLTC is preferred but not required. * Positive personality who can work well within a team. * Ability to function well in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Can de-escalate and troubleshoot problems within the pharmacy.
