Job Responsibilities Provide clinical consultation and therapeutic decision support to healthcare providers. Review, verify, and process medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety. Prepare and dispense sterile/nonsterile compounded medications per SOPs. Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on medication usage and safety. Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and pharmacotherapy discussions. Respond to cardiopulmonary arrests and other urgent clinical situations.
