Pay Range: $22.03 - $40.31 supports both our Washington DC and Silver Spring locations. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8a-5p, no evenings, weekends or major holidays. Inventory, Supply, and Equipment Management * Order, stock, and track medical supplies and medications, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and minimal waste. * Perform daily and annual maintenance of chemotherapy hoods and manage ambulatory pump documentation. * Handle biohazardous waste disposal safely and compliantly, including recordkeeping and coordination with Accounting. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation * Maintain required records for compassionate drug programs, clinical trials, biohazard waste, and related pharmacy processes. * Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws, patient privacy regulations, OSHA standards, and organizational policies. 4. Training & Collaboration * Assist in training new pharmacy technicians and nursing staff on chemotherapy preparation and Nucleus system workflows. * Collaborate with nurses, physicians, supervisors, and pharmaceutical representatives as needed to support patient care and operational needs. 5. Operational Flexibility & Professional Responsibilities * Support operations across multiple locations as needed and work overtime when required. * Participate in mandatory meetings, including annual Safety/OSHA training. Position Qualifications: Education * Following applicable state regulations, PTCB Certification or Registered as Pharmacy Technician is required.
