Documents all activities appropriately. Completes negative counts, daptomycin add-backs, and wholesaler orders promptly. Completes drug expiration review monthly. Assists with any inventory-related questions from team members daily and during quarterly inventory. Dispenses to patients and completes assessments. Dispenses for active patients by established cut-off times. Able to troubleshoot pump issues without assistance from team members or supervisors. Follows up on hospitalization and pending pump pick-up report. Follows correct process to minimize mis-fills, unscheduled deliveries, waste of product, and HIPAA violations. Documents QARs/indicators appropriately in the portal without prompts Maximizes the efficiency and productivity of the pharmacy and delivery operations. Strives to achieve cost effectiveness in all areas (including purchasing, inventory control, staffing delivery services). Associates in this role are expected to keep up with continuing education necessary to maintain current licensure in all states licensed and maintain a current pharmacy technician certificate where required by law and/or regulation.
