This role routinely uses sterile and specialized equipment such as repeater pumps, lyophilizes, laminar airflow hoods and electronic balances. Physical Demands This position requires frequent sitting, walking, standing, reading, seeing, speaking, hearing, listening, organizing, interpreting data and information, operating pharmacy and sterile equipment, typing using a computer keyboard and mouse, viewing a computer screen monitor, and use of a telephone. Some positions may require lifting, occasional bending or kneeling. The working environment consists of an indoor and climate-controlled setting the majority of the time. The employee may regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certified. 1-2 years' experience preferred as a Pharmacy Technician, with specific experience in a Compounding preferred.
