Under both direct and indirect supervision, the Patient Care Representative (PCR) plays a pivotal role in patient communication, focusing on therapy progress discussions, physician follow-up, medication profile updates, and obtaining inventory from patients to ensure proper refilling of orders. The role also includes assisting pharmacists in obtaining laboratory values for review. Responsibilities Maintain team schedule for patient follow-up, refill assessments, and deliveries.
