Accountabilities: Under the direction and supervision of the Pharmacy Program Manager and Team Lead, the Pharmacy Care Coordinator - Pharmacy Technician assists members by providing support, identifying adherence barriers, improving adherence, and facilitating patient medication orders to support member compliance with treatment plans.
